PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will be responsible for the preparation and oversight of all structural calculations and construction documents, including lateral and vertical analysis of the structure, foundation (post-tension and conventional) and framing design and detailing, as well as reviewing soils reportsand verifying foundation design intent, reviewing submittals, preparing shop drawing review letters, and managing all production phases of the project, including scheduling, structural observation and coordination with team members, clients, and consultants.

The position requires:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural, Architectural or Civil Engineering

  • A minimum of 6 years of residential design experience, primarily wood frame construction

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience

  • Professional registration (PE or SE)

  • Proficient AutoCAD skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and mentor staff

PROJECT ENGINEER

The Project Engineer will assist in research, design, and analysis of residential and commercial structural systems built with steel, timber, concrete and masonry; prepare all structural calculations and construction documents, as well as prepare responses to plan check replies, review Shop Drawing submittals and prepare Shop Drawing Review Letters

The position requires:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering

  • A minimum of 4 years of residential or commercial experience in timber, steel, concrete or masonry design

  • Professional registration (PE or SE)

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

CAD MANAGER

The CAD Manager will be responsible for supervising and mentoring drafters, scheduling projects for the CAD department, determining design modifications and entering edited information in AutoCAD, preparing preliminary line work from engineers' layouts, and producing graphic representation of designs for review and approval.

The position requires:
  • A minimum of 6 years of AutoCAD experience in timber, steel, concrete or masonry construction

  • The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently
